Larry Battson believes there is evidence that Bigfoot is more than a character in a beef jerky commercial.Battson -- a wildlife educator and founder of Wildlife Educational Services -- will talk about Sasquatch, also known as Bigfoot, on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the auditorium at New Castle, Indiana-Henry County Public Library, 376 S. 15th St.
During the free program, Battson will discuss the "real possibility of a rare and relatively unknown creature that may roam the forests of North America," according to a press release.
Is Bigfoot really some type of human-like creature? Battson has been studying Bigfoot for 30 years and travels the country to research the alleged sightings. Recently Battson was featured by History Channel’s MonsterQuest. Battson and his wife Cheryl operate the Wildlife Educational Services in Greencastle, Indiana.
