Reconyx RC60 Field of view

In the coming days, I am going to explain how the Reconyx company has overcome inadequate features of past trail camera models, and has developed a flawless camera perfect for finding Bigfoot.
Along with rapid shutter speed and an undetectable IR signature, the RC60 has an improved field of view. Any animal that"breaks the plane" will be photographed in large pixal HD.
The. Seminole Project now has two cameras deployed in strategic manner. We hope to increase the number when our funding improves. We initially benefited from a professional research group that's wanted to get going in Florida. I was the point man.

Day One of the Seminole Project Deep Field Bigfoot Trail cam deployment

This is a video of the area where we secured a spot to deploy our first trail cam. This area was very "squatch" or "skunky" so we went with it.

The Seminole Project is launched

A deep field deployment of covert trail cameras has begun in Florida. My team and I are putting into field. The Reconyx RC60 covert units that mask infrared signatures. The reason for this is because many believe Bigfoot can see part of the infrared band.

I don't think there is any proof of that. That would be consistent with nocturnal animals. What we know is all great apes are active during the day.

Anyway, not a chance any animal will see our cameras, especially at night. These units will take bright pictures in complete darkness.

I am proud to be part of this project.

How the Melissa Hovey photo may have been taken

As a photographer I can see what looks like directional and trim lighting in the "Melissa Hovan" Bigfoot photo. This is the same type of lighting used in museums. You know were I am going with this.
The ape photo below was shot in a museum and demonstrates how this lighting is used for depth and perspective. Goggle museum lighting and research this.
Melissa is a fine and honest person. I just think someone is pulling her leg.

Skunkape filmed by news crew in central Florida

A TV news crew got this image of a Skunkape running out of a clearing. They were in route to a story when they saw what may have been a female Bigfoot cross their path.

There is some speculation that this may be the proof we have been waiting for. One thing we know for a fact, is the Skunkape smells.

We are glad this news crew was on the ball.

Reconyx RC60 Covert trailcams

They just arrived in the mail. The covert infrared stealth cameras are now in my possession.

These are the top of the line that have been provided by a secret partner in the Bigfoot world. He has always wanted to get deployment in Florida, and now he will.

What I will be doing is groundbreaking in scope. The Skunkape has never been investigated in this manner. The technology will now be put to use.

These researchers believe in what I am doing, and only want a discovery.

Working with my team and deploying these cameras for my. "Seminole project " is the direction my work is taking.

I visited Rick Dyer at a resort at Disney World. He wad staying there after his RV caught fire the other night outside of Orlando.
His wife and children are safe and that is all that matters.
Rick was in Florida on Bigfoot business, and also on his way to meet with Tim Fasano (me).
We had a good conversation and I did an on camera interview about the Georgia Bigfoot hoax, which he has not done since then. I build trust with people.

The area of the Patterson Bigfoot film

A friend of mine from out west sent me a picture he took from a ridgeline near Bluff Creek that overlooks the sighting area of the Patterson film. My friend is a longtime Bigfoot hunter.

You can see how remote and grand this area is. Anything wanting to remain hidden, has picked a prized area.

Florida is a different situation, with our own perils.

Bigfoot sightings in South Carolina

Mary Beth Pope is walking in tactical formation in the Sumpter National forest. She is a field research investigator for the BFRO an organization she has belonged to since her Bigfoot sighting in 2007. Her group is headed down the same overgrown logging road were she had her sighting.

Pope runs a wholesale food supply store by day and searches for Bigfoot at night. The Bigfoot Field Research Organization was formed by Matt Moneymaker in 1995, who was a law student at the time from Akron Ohio.

Her team likes to hike single file as they move down the forest service road about 20 - 30 feet part. The area they are headed to is an area of Skookum activity. That is a word uses in the Pacific Northwest to describe Bigfoot.

The methods used by field operatives is difficult work. It often involves hiking many miles and often finding nothing. Many will watch the Animal Planet show Finding Bigfoot and what it would be like to do this type of work. When they get out there, the realize its not for them.

Bigfoot seen at Tampa International Airport

I was sitting in the holding area for taxi cabs which is near a wooded area. I heard something moving to my right. I then grabbed my camera and took this shot. The thing took off running into the woods.
The only thing I could think of was that with the Republican Convention coming to Tampa in August, he was hoping to find Toby Tollman, a rare Republican who does not believe in personal liberty and freedom. I feel sorry for this guy. I am not that important Tobt. Your recent efforts are sad.

The type of aread we are in

This is a forest flood plane with an abundance of cypress trees that the swamps are famous for. The cool air allowed me to get in today.

I did get a long series of images along the bank. I did find something very interesting.

In the swamps today

With the temps being in the thirty's, I headed for the swamp today. there would be no insects and I would be able to work in comfort.

this area has changed drastically in the last 10 months since I've been here. I was still able to find two prints along a dried out creak bed.

Now, since the weather is back to normal, we mau have eight weeks left of Bigfoot season left.

A busy weekend coming up

We have reserved a backcountry campsite in the swamp for the entire weekend starting Friday. we are also doing a ghost investigation at night of a old homesteaders house were an axe murder took place.

Withe the vision camera and George's new voice detection device, this should be off the chart fun.

The photo is me at the office. I was letting our tech guy show me some of the killer functions on my android.

Raining in Tampa this morning

With this rain perhaps a cold front will follow it, and lower the temps in Florida.

In order to get outside, we need to be comfortable, and have the bugs at bay. I saw insect larva hatching Sunday on standing water. That is something you would only see in summer months.

My team and I have an outing set for this weekend. There should be clear skys.

My understanding is that it is mild throughout most of North America right now.

A skunkape during the Mayan period

An archaeologist whe spent years in Mexico has contacted me. His work was primarily rock carvings of fertility idols.
After watching my work. He began to look at his work in a different light. The rock carvings look more light great apes. There have never been great apes in the America's. Problem.
He said he had worked with the Barbary apes and the alpha male would often try to scare other males away by bowing up and sporting an errection.
He is finding it hard to explain the existence of apes in central America.
More photos soon.

Headed for the swamp

I plan to do mostly moble posting "live time" as much as I can. I have a new tool that will let me do that.

The trick is learning how to use this thing. Not everything works just like I would like it to.

Anyway, this photo is the trail that led out to the swamp. I did record a wild animal call twice, came upon deer. This is a good area.

Bigfooting is getting expensive

Bigfoot men and women put a lot of miles on their cars. Now, with gas near four bucks, this is no cheap passtime. Real researchers (who leave their small children at home) often travel hours to get into field. I don't think any of this is tax deductable.

Washington Post features Tim Fasano in political article

TAMPA, FL - JANUARY 31: Tim Fasano, 55, shows off his "I Voted" stick next to his bucaneer patch at a voting precinct in north downtown Tampa, Florida on January 32, 2012. Fasano is italian, has lived in Tampa all his life and said he voted for Newt Gingrich over Romney because of "Romney's negative campaigning". He said Romney failed to explain his Romneycare in Massachusetts. Ybor City, nearby, is home to a lot of hispanics, italians, african americans. It's history dates back to the day when cigars factories were steady work here. (Photo by Linda Davidson/The Washington Post) Linda Davidson / The Washington Post
